CRYPTO MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing a clear performance marketing strategy & execution plan across various paid media channels

  • Identifying customer segmentations and channels to effectively target NFT/crypto natives and newbies

  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and re-marketing campaigns

  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return

  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics

  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results

  • Performing data analytics that support marketing plan


Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields

  • Prior experience developing and executing growth sprints

  • Solid experience in campaign and channel analysis, including Google Analytics experience

  • Sharp analytical skills and be able to leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations

  • Deep interest in the web3 space and are involved in crypto/NFT

  • A desire to own the business and build things from scratch

  • Tech-savvy skills and are a strong communicator
